Eric, the Founder and CEO of The Constellation Group, leads a distinguished boutique agency with partners across 27 EU member states, the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Israel. Based in the main offices located in Brussels and London, Eric frequently travels throughout all EU countries.

In recent years, Eric has strengthened business development and government relations in Europe for emerging industries like new-energy and zero-emission vehicles. Serving as AsiaGrowth's cornerstone in Europe, he has facilitated the expansion of Electric Vehicle manufacturing capabilities to North America and Asia, while introducing advanced EV products and systems from China to Europe.

Since 1997, Eric has been involved in managing business development and marcom programs for prominent high-tech and aerospace/defense clients in Europe. He spent a decade as the European Communications Manager at Toshiba TEC before contributing to the growth of CES into the world's largest tech trade show, where he managed global B2B PR outside the USA. He has held leadership roles in strategy, sales, program management, operations, and communications. Eric holds a BA in Communications from KU Leuven and is fluent in English, French, German, and Dutch.
